This Tour was prepared so that you may discover the beautiful region of Lamego, during the season of the cherries. This red and fleshy fruit gives a special charm to the scenery. Come and admire it!

On the first day, you will leave Guimarães or Porto in a coach, in the direction of Lamego. Your destination will be the Casa dos Viscondes da Várzea, manor house from the 19^th century, which is now a charm hotel. It is the chosen place for the accommodation. You will start with a tour in the farm to admire its architectural and natural heritage. Besides, you may take part in the traditional harvest of cherries. Then, just relax having a delicious picnic. In the afternoon, you will visit the historic city centre of Lamego. Dinner will be at the hotel.

On the second day, you will have a tour by boat from the quay of Pinhão till the Quinta do Panascal, where you will have a wine tasting and lunch. In the afternoon, you will go to Régua to visit the Museum of Port wine. In the evening, you will return to the hotel to have dinner.

On the third day, after the check-out, you will have the opportunity to discover the Route of Cister, by visiting the Convent of S. João de Tarouca and the Monastery of Santa Maria de Salzedas. Lunch will be in Régua, at Quinta da Pacheca, a wine producer farm. In the afternoon you will return to Porto or Guimarães.
